All 15 acres of our mountain estate vineyards are CCOF (California Certified Organic Farmers) certified organic. The sources for our 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon were vineyard blocks, China Bowl, Bobcat Run, Fox Trot Meadow, and Montaña Vista.

About the 2021 Amapola Creek Cabernet Sauvignon:
Enticing aromas of cassis and ripe black cherry rise from the glass, layered with delicate notes of dried herbs, tobacco leaf, and graphite. Subtle accents of cedar and warm spice add complexity, reflecting the rocky volcanic soils of Moon Mountain. On the palate, this Cabernet showcases a concentrated core of dark fruit—blackberry, plum, and currant—balanced by a lift of fresh acidity. The tannins are powerful yet finely knit, lending both structure and elegance.
